1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to molek44. The molek44 platform ("Platform", "we", "molek44") operates under applicable laws and regulations. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and molek44.

By accessing, registering, or using any services offered by molek44, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the molek44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination. molek44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for compliance and security purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Please ensure you log out after every session, especially when using shared devices. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Molek44 accepts a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No hidden fees are charged on standard deposits.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen withdrawal method. 4.4 Wagering Requirements

Any funds received through bonuses or promotions are subject to the rollover/wagering requirement stated in the respective bonus terms. Such funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

8 Activity Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the molek44 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all fund balances:

• Betting arbitrage (arbing) or wagering strategies designed to systematically exploit price differences.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful gaming activity.
• VPN or proxy usage to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions.
• Player collusion in Live Casino games or games involving multiple participants.
• Attempted cyberattack against molek44 infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, SQL injection, or any security exploits.

9 Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses have been met and all valid fund balances have been withdrawn. Voluntary account closure will not affect any unwithdrawn balances; you may still claim them within the stipulated period.

9.2 Termination by molek44

Molek44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of any term in this document.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraud or illegal activities.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Request made by the relevant legal authorities.

10 Liability Limit

Molek44 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Actions or omissions by third parties providing support services to our platform.
• Financial losses resulting from fair and valid game outcomes based on audited RNG.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

Under no circumstances shall molek44's maximum liability to any member exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data
